8/2/97, Villahermosa-- We're stuck here today in Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico with a bad clutch in the '64 Dormobile. The clutch began slipping yesterday after leaving the falls at Agua Azul (means Blue Water). Agua Azul was a refreshing stop between San Christobol and Villahermosa. We also stopped and spent a couple hours at Palanque. These ruins were spectacular. An ancient stone tomb contains an elaborate carved portrait of a space man. I snapped a shot of the infamous lid. A couple weeks later, we found ourselves at the Roswell, New Mexico Alien Museum and I snapped another picture of a picture of the lid, which describes the controversial possibility of aliens who visited Palanque.
